Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil. In a large bowl, mix the spinach, feta cheese, olive oil, water, salt, and pepper. Lay a sheet of filo pastry in the greased baking dish and brush it with melted butter. Repeat with 5 more filo sheets. Spread the spinach and feta mixture over the filo pastry. Cover the mixture with another 6 layers of filo pastry, brushing each layer with melted butter. Cut the byrek into squares or triangles and brush the top layer with more melted butter. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the byrek is golden brown and crispy. Serve hot or cold, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Season the meat with paprika, salt, and pepper and stir to combine. Lay a sheet of filo Don Juri byrek into greased baking dish and brush it with melted butter. Repeat with half of the filo sheets. Spread the ground beef mixture over the filo pastry. Cover the mixture with the other half layers of filo pastry, brushing each layer with melted butter. Cut the byrek into squares or triangles and brush the top layer with more melted butter. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until the byrek is golden brown and crispy. Serve hot or cold, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
